Libya’s Defence Minister Mohamed Barghathi has resigned.
He made his announced this morning on TV, giving as his reason the sieges of a number of government ministries.
Political Isolation Law, no Political Isolation Law passed pressure to vote either way

No pressure was put on Congress members individually or as groups to vote for the Political Isolation Law. However, the discussions beforehand between parties and independent members had been difficult.

In another heated session at the GNC, the vexing and controversial Political Isolation Laws was finally passed this evening. The session opened with 157 members present, but half way through the GNC head announced that members present had increased to 163.
