El 26-28 noviembre de 2013 recinto ferial internacional de Trípoli acogerá una conferencia y exposición de la seguridad y la seguridad internacional. Esto será celebrada bajo el patrocinio del Ministerio de defensa de Libia y patrocinado y apoyado por el Ministro del Interior de Libia.
Libia está buscando para desarrollar una moderna infraestructura de aplicación de derecho y seguridad, retos de seguridad interna del país se cumplirá sólo dibujando en ultramar tecnología y experiencia para apoyar a sus organismos de seguridad interna. Estos incluyen las fuerzas especiales de la seguridad pública; policía; fuego y servicios de emergencia; inmigración; control de las fronteras; servicio de guardacostas y defensa civil. La exposición proporcionará una oportunidad única para las empresas internacionales y proveedores de tecnología de seguridad para demostrar sus conocimientos a la seguridad y el mercado de seguridad de Libia.

A brief on Libya Build
Libya Build 2012 exhibition was held at Tripoli International Fairground with total of 636 companies, 391 foreign companies from 26 countries and as a record of 245 Libyan companies were present as a participates, some were local agents of foreign companies, others were wholly Libyan-based enterprises. Including ODAC, the Organisation for Development of Administrative Centres which is the biggest development company in the country until the revolution, responsible for over two-thirds of government projects.
All 35 pavilions at the fairground were used. Indeed, temporary ones have also had to be erected for massed ranks of Turkish companies. Altogether made over 17,000 square metres of exhibits. Libya Build 2012 welcomed 18,088 visitors, they made 21,823 visits, 1,595 of them were foreign visitors from various countries. Along with the visitors an official delegations from Austria, France, Greece, Italy, UAE and Turkey have attended the exhibition. Of the foreign participants focusing on construction equipment, contracting, temporary housing units, ceramics and the like, the largest single group were Italian with 130 companies, taking up over 20 per-cent of the site. Turkish companies came next with 95 companies. Libya Build is approved and full member of the global association of the exhibition industry (UFI) and a member of the world leading auditing company (BPA).
