The EU Commission has approved a package of 25 Million Euro which shall be awarded to Libya in order to aid it during this time of transition.

• 6.5 Million Euros are dedicated towards economic recovery, the integration of ex-fighters and aiding young people to emerge from unemployment.
• 8.5 Million Euros are dedicated to improving the delivery of public services in the primary health care industry.
• The remaining 10 million Euro will serve to strengthen democracy, good governance and civilian culture.
