Korea’s Ambassador to Libya confirmed that discussions have commenced once again for Korea to open an IT centre in Libya. The project was discussed under the previous Executive Office but it was not possible to implement due to some obstacles which were met.

He said his countries is ready to start taking steps and moving things forward as this project is intended to qualify Libyans in a number of fields.
